“The room was great and the text communication from the star was great. Service at the restaurant was great but the food was ok. The property is so pretty and a great place to stay. They just need to fix a few things to get a 5 star from me.”

“10/10 stay! The hotel rooms were very spacious, clean, and updated. The amenities were extravagant- you don’t have to leave if you don’t want to (which we didn’t) and there’s even an adult pool which was a nice touch! They were doing some outside renovations which tells me that they value keeping their property kept up and in good working order. All staff were extremely nice and helpful. We will absolutely be coming back!”

“First of all, I just wanted to mention that the place was very unclean. There was bugs on the bed next to me and stains on the sheets. We were so tired because we drove up there to pick up our daughter from college and didn’t have the energy to complain. I would love to have my money back if possible since we were only there for a few hours.”

“During a 6 day stay our room was never cleaned, despite stopping daily to ask the front desk if they could please clean our room. The carpet was so dirty and it felt sticky. There was also a 2" cockroach on the wall that we had to kill. When I confronted the front desk on the fourth day of our stay - they apologized and said they didn't have enough help to take care of our room. They offered some snacks from the store - but all we wanted was our room cleaned up. This was a terrible place...

“The property is very disgusting, especially the back side where we stayed. Other guests just all hangout with their doors open and dogs running in and out. Our dogs were on leash but these other dog owners didn't care what their dog was doing. As we were walking to our room we saw the biggest nastiest roach on the stairs just greeting anyone who walks up. It ended up being so bad we stayed a couple hours while we did stuff around town, a place to leave ours dogs in their kennels while we ran...

“The staff is great. Everyone was friendly and professional. The Manager, Christina, is always friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable and everything worked as it should. Good TV and a comfortable bed. I stay here often as it is comfortable and affordable.”

“Stayed with my husband & son. We really enjoyed the pool & the water stations around the hotel were nice to have. We played pickle ball & it was super easy to get all the things we needed. Hotel is beautiful inside & out & love the location against the mountain. Food & drinks were excellent. Would def stay here again.”
