“The stay at the Garden Lodge was really perfect! Jubenal and his family are so helpful and friendly! It is a little outside of LA Fortuna situated but Jubenal offered us to drive us to the center and picked us also up. The room is really great, it's a small house of wood with a view to a part of a forest. So in the night and the morning you hear the animals living there. “Breakfast was very good and on time. Try the banana pancakes. Staff was very helpful and toured their farm and coffee plantation. The hikes on property were great and the cloud forest experience could not be better. The rooms are sparse but great for the experience. No AC but was not needed. ”

“Inserted in the tropical cloud forest, this place is magic. The Toro Amarillo river taints the stones orange and gives a constant roaring, the congos haul to contrast with the crickets and cicada's background rhythm. But most of the healing comes from the hot, yellowish mineral spring water pool, alternating with the very cold, crystal clear spring water. While the cabins are rustic, the staff are all wonderful. We will come back for another “forest bathing”, and perhaps a zip-line adventure....

“Great location just outside of La Fortuna - quick drive into town, but the house location has a country feel. Safe, secure property with a large yard and great outdoor patio. The inside is beautifully finished. Diego made sure we knew he was available for anything 24 hours a day. Would definitely stay again!”

Die Zimmer sind schön und top ausgestattet. Das Essen und insbesondere das Frühstück sind wirklich toll. Es gibt nur recht wenig Auswahl.
