When we went up to our room we found that the door was wide open. And all the rooms have exterior doors. This was concerning. When we verified that there was nothing or no one in our room we realized that the room smelled like a damp locker room. Breakfast options included a waffle, cereal, or snack cakes. That’s it. “Elevator had something sticky inside that was eventually wiped but never fully cleaned. The hallways are HOT - no towels for the pool and an inadequate number of towels for guests in room with less than adequate customer service from the front desk. Room was comfortable and the AC worked in the second room. ”
