“Staff at front desk were helpful and friendly. Most of the cleaning staff were not friendly at all. They took over the elevator and didn’t allow us to use it. They were on their phones or busy eating food. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. It was great to see that they had non pork items to choose from. Coffee maker was broken but staff did work hard to get it fixed for use. Rooms were very clean. Not enough towels for the amount of guest in the room but they were willing to give...

“The room was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff at the front desk (Jadda) was very helpful and friendly. I didn’t try the breakfast but I heard they were small and round which was fine. My husband brought me coffee and great danish and terrific blueberry muffin. We heard there would be a happy hour. That was a negative probably because it was a holiday. I will go there again. It’s centrally located in Bethlehem and was very affordable.”

“Impossible to sleep due to deafening street noise I had a terrible stay here and got almost zero sleep. To be fair, the hotel room itself and the staff are not the problem—they were perfectly fine. The issue is entirely the hotel's location and a severe lack of soundproofing. Motorists were zooming past the hotel the entire night. “Bathroom was not clean. Despite the many no smoking signs the hallway smelled strongly of smoke.”

“The room was clean, staff were helpful and polite, enjoyed breakfast. However, I had requested an accessible room and it was not available upon check-in day. Fortunately staff provided one on the second day of my stay. Overall, my stay was pleasant. PS: It would be nice if hotel provided a shuttle to Wind Creek Casino Hotel.”

“Nice hotel in Allentown, hotel bar/restaurant was nice, however menu is limited. Room was nice and modern, staff were helpful.”

“I got a refund because the sheets were dirty & had holes. The front desk had no extra sheets. The tub was also very filthy. Wouldn’t be comfortable to sleep, didn’t use anything, only time was wasted.”
