“At first arrival we were not sure as there was huge construction around the hotel we were very pleased with the fact the it was so well noise insulated that despite heavy construction all around we heard 0 noise... Accessing the property was a little more tricky but comfort was well worth the small detour.. Beds were extra comfortable room was clean and had all we required. “Rooms are modern, clean with quality mattresses and linens.
The included breakfast was adequate but limited in variety and the self-serve breakfast area was very tight for the amount of guests.
Our biggest disappointment was the pool. Access is strictly governed by the front desk (room keys will not give you access) and use of the pool is restricted to a 30 minute time period and is by appointment/reservation only.
Some staff were friendly and welcoming, other staff spoke to adult guests...
“Rooms were clean and quite comfortable but we had a very bad experience with breakfast. We waited at least 1/2 h in a line for taking food. Food was limited and poor choice. The guys of the hotel closed the kitchen at 9.30 even if there were people that had waited for a long time and wanted some more coffe. At last, they finished the Maple syrup! It’s like going to Italy and the pizzeria finished the mozzarella!! ”
