Hotel a Lacarne

“According to what I read, they were 11 miles away. It ended up being something like 28 miles away from the location that I was visiting. I found that the place was an older place and could have been cleaned up more. The rooms were not exactly clean. The sheets, the bad's the towels.All balls were well maintained and were comfortable.But I thought the place could use a clean job , especially at the sink in the shower”

“This hotel is outdated. TV was tiny and did not have the capability of watching regular TV without using my phone. It was not worth the rate I paid. Through Expedia.”

“Blood on sheets, shower faucet broken, no shade to pull down, yes curtain to close. No key pad for outside door so anyone can juz walk rite in, not safe. We definitely not staying here again.”

“To management's credit, they did offer to switch our room but after an exhausting first night and day (in town for a funeral), we decided to stay in the room we were assigned. The floors in the room were pretty dirty; the soles of our feet turned black quickly and the bathroom floor had fuzz growing between the tiles. There was a lot of build-up around the shower drain, which emptied slowly. Found a dead fly on the bedspread when we first walked in and discovered spider bites on us after...

“The hotel is well located. However it is quite old and not so clean. 1) there is no elevators. We have to move our luggage by stairs 2) the room has a moisture smell however one of the lady staff is vey helpful and she is helping us carrying the luggage to second floor.”

“Hotel room T.V. remote was difficult to operate to obtain free stations. Also, handicap room had no explanation on small platform found laying on floor of bathroom. Otherwise, room was very clean and spacious with no less than ten plus grab bars located in bathroom bathtub. Room window overlooked great lake view. Also, morning breakfast room was large and spacious.”

“The property did the trick for arriving at midnight and leaving in morning in terms of a room with beds. There are no elevators. The property felt unfinished or perhaps in transition.”

“Typical Holiday Express. Room was good nothing special. Breakfast was good and included. Again nothing special but if you’ve stayed at an Express you know what to expect. It’s not a Bob Evan’s or Denny’s but a decent selection of food and beverages. We asked the cleaning staff to make up the room and left $20 on the bed for their tip. They did give us new towels and left the tip on the bed and didn’t make up the room. I guess you have to ask at the front desk for that service. Pool looked...

“the swimming pool is out of service, but you can use the hotel next door, the hotel is being remolded but with minor inconvenience”

“They have refrigerators in the rooms but no microwave. They only have one microwave in the lobby but no plates, silverware or napkins. When you get drunk at 2:00 in the morning, leftovers looks great! But no where good to heat them up. Other than that it was ok”
