Ottima posizione con vista lago

Venite a visitare le regioni lacustri in NH e godetevi le limpide acque del lago Winnipesaukee. Questo bellissimo condominio si trova a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia di Weirs ea pochi passi dalla passeggiata a bordo e dal lago. L'associazione condominiale ha una piscina privata, parco giochi, campo da tennis e lavanderia.
Offriamo asciugamani, lenzuola, cuscini e teli mare. Due camere da letto una con un letto matrimoniale e una con due letti gemelli. Il divano si trasforma in un letto a grandezza naturale.
Wifi gratuito e parcheggio.
Weirs Beach è un luogo perfetto per una vacanza in famiglia con un sacco di attività all'aperto, treno, gite in barca, mini-golf e sale giochi. La passeggiata a bordo ha più ristoranti e tutti con PASSEGGIATA A DISTANZA DAL CONDO. NESSUN BISOGNO DI GUIDARE. Luogo di vacanza perfetto Godere

Great spot good rooms

Great spot and amazing views everything was as it says unfortunately it was a little dirty in the kids bedroom and left over socks and the shelves had dust but that’s small compared to the value you receive in views and how close you are to the beach.

Everything was clean and well put together there was plenty of cookware to use. the couch folds out to a bed extremely easy and convenient. stayed for bike week with a few friends there is plenty of parking and they have a good size lot to store your trailer if you need to

Great location but some downsides

The location is great, however, the cleaning crew left a dirty shirt on the main bathroom floor when we arrived and the bed cover in the main bedroom was dirty (they had extra clean bed covers so we replaced it ourselves). However, the condo did not have a pack’n play as advertised, so we had to share our bed with a toddler which was not ideal. As well, the fire alarm started beeping. It appeared someone had already tried replacing the batteries and broke the fire alarm battery cover trying to do so. We went out and bought new batteries for the fire alarm which seemed to work (and let the owners know). Unfortunately, later in the night while sleeping (isn't that how it always goes?!?) the fire alarm started beeping again and we could not get it to stop. So no one slept well that night. I contacted the owners who agreed to refund us that one night the fire alarm kept us up. Since then I have contacted vrbo twice about this who tell me they can’t get a hold of the owners and so they are still in the “investigation stage.” It’s frustrating that the owners would respond quickly to us on the app but not to vrbo after agreeing to the one night refund. (Not to mention vrbo could view the message themselves or have me forward it). So, in all beautiful place to stay, with a great view, but it’s clear the property manager is not on top of things. As well, laundry is not on premises and is in a separate building and costs additional money, which is a bit deceiving in its listing.

Perfect for the 4 of us

Great location, cozy condo that served us perfectly. About a half mile to the beach with brewery and ice cream restaurant right around the corner and walkable distance. Had a great four day day.

Great Location

Grounds and unit were well kept. Pool area was very pretty. Walking distance to Weirs Beach. Lots of stairs between parking lot and building. We would stay here again.

Happy

The place was cozy!! Clean and supplied well. The stairs were a struggle. Seeing we had a person with cane. Didn't realize there were so many. The pictures only showed backside. Took a bit to find laundry room. That room was very nice and clean.

Nascar weekend

This is our second stay at this condo. It is in a great location. You can walk to the beach and boardwalk. There is a candy store nearby with delicious home made ice cream! It’s a short drive to shopping outlets and to the New Hampshire motor speedway. You can watch the fireworks on Saturday night from the balcony! The condo was clean and as it appeared in the photos. We had a great weekend, despite the rain.

Great location

We stayed for a week in August. The location was great. We could walk to the beach and down to the boardwalk and train. Meredith was also an easy drive. The condo is well maintained with everything that we needed. The on-site pool was clean and was a great alternative to the beach.

Good location

The unit was clean and just as described/pictured. Communication with the owner was good. The pillows in the master bedroom could use replacing (they were so thin/worn down we couldn't sleep on them), but otherwise the place was lovely.

Very clean, highly convenient location for Weir's Beach and area. The pool and its surrounding enclosure are beautiful. Plenty of room in parking lot. LIked the screened in little porch/balcony off living room.

Vacation review

We enjoyed our stay at the property. Everything was neat and clean. The location was great, close to many attractions. We had an issue (electrical) and the owner of the property responded promptly and we we able to resolved it quickly. The only comment we have is there are a number of stairs to go from the parking lot to the condo. It was fine for us, but my father in law is elderly. For future reference you may want to include it in the description.

We traveled to New Hampshire for the race weekend. The condo is in an area that is close to the track, close to to the outlets and just a short walk away from the lake, boardwalk and beach. The condo was very clean. She has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. I was very happy.

Exceeded expectations!

The condo unit was nicely updated, and had all that we needed. The pool was accessible, and very clean. The location was terrific, and made the lake easily accessible. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Modern apartment with beautiful view

We stayed at this rental for four days. The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. The living room has a large dining table, a smart TV, and comfortable couches. You cannot use the fireplace. There is a nice screened balcony with a beautiful view of the lake. The kitchen had all the utensils required for cooking. The dish washing machine didn't work, unfortunately. The showers do not have fans and can get humid. Overall we had a great experience.
