Parking was on street but safe and our apartment was accessed through a small door off the street and through a covered passageway that we referred to as "the cave". "I enjoyed my stay, but in a previous comment I mentioned this was felt more of a B&B than a hotel stay. I had a great room, stayed close to the Old City, one of the best breakfasts at any hotel (or B&B) ever. There was another couple there that helped me. The hostess does not speak much English and my French is maybe grade school. The other couple helped with the language and made the stay very good and memerable. And the Honeysuckle at the front door smelled amazing."
