“Delightful hotel with friendly, helpful and courteous staff. My room was modern, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices. “部屋はコンパクトでとても快適でした。冷蔵庫、電気ポット、コーヒー、紅茶、ヘアドライヤーなど一通りそろっています。強いて言えば、カーテンの生地が薄いので、外の光を遮ることができれば良かったと思います。あと椅子が固い丸椅子なので座り心地はいまひとつでした。 全体的に使いやすく居心地は良かったです。朝食は、パンやインド式のピラフなど炭水化物メインです。カットフルーツや飲み物もあるし、卵をリクエストすれば焼いてくれるので充分でした。無料のボトルウォーターは、詰め替え用のボトルなので、なくなったらフロントで補充してくれます。 スタッフの笑顔や、静かで落ち着いた接客は、とても雰囲気が良くて快適でした。またここに泊まりたいと思います！”

“I would give a 5 star for the room and the location. The service was terrible. We stayed for 4 nights and housekeeping came only once after 10 calls. To order anything in the room, it would take 2-3 calls. I had booked the hotel from abroad and on reaching there, they had no records besides showing them a confirmation email but after waiting for a bit, got it sorted eventually. On asking for a bill for the room service, i was denied and only got told what i ordered which obviously i knew....

“The location of the hotel is great , besides that the worst thing in my permanence is been the various music festival running at the hotel, with very loud music until late in the night. You could barely sleep and the party would start very early in the afternoon, with sound check at 6 in the morning. The hotel in itself is overpriced , the rooms are old and badly preserved , everything looks like is falling apart, and construction with loud noises are running everywhere.”
