“I had great expectations for this stay since I’ve been to Wengen several times and I looked forward to stay at this hotel, that I value as the best there.
It was a short stay to ski, so I arrived and I departed late. The reception closes at 16.00 so I found my room key waiting for me with a nice note and that’s it. After 16.00 there’s also no service to and from the station: a minor issue.
I felt really unwelcome without a human contact with the reception: I can understand that at a “cheap”...

“Wonderfully hospitable service and excellent attention to detail. The owners were very kind and offered kind suggestions of things to do in the area. The location is perfect as well - right at the end of hustle and bustle of Main Street but easy walking access to everything. Also, we had stunning views of the glacier and peaks from our room!
