“This was a gem for our ski trip. Before checkin the staff was very helpful with transportation suggestions and questions. Because the road to the hotel is not drivable in the winter you call the hotel from the parking/bus area and they come and pick you up via snowmobile, this in itself was a fun experience for my son. The room was quite, clean, and had the right amenities. The food was Japanese but very good and staff ensures dietary restrictions are met. ”

The bathroom / shower are small, but were clean and served their purposes. The women’s onsen was very relaxing and much needed after a day at the Snow Monkey Park. My family and I enjoyed our stay. ”
