“The luxury rooms are not luxurious. They dont even keep a napkin. Warm water is intermittent. The reception is non-responsive. Even though majority of the rooms were empty on the day of the checkout. They did not allow a couple of hours. They weather was good. The food at the restaurant was nice.”

“Great location and views, but some compromises. The resort is peaceful and serene with direct balcony views of hills and lake. It’s quite remote with nothing much nearby, and reaching the property takes longer than expected due to extremely bad roads (a 2 min drive takes about 7-8 mins). Rooms (Belvedere) are spacious with big balconies but overall condition is just okay—lots of patchwork, and TVs didn’t work. Staff and service are good. Food tastes great but caused stomach issues for everyone...

“Location by the side of Vaitarana lake was excellent but facilities in the room were poor, despite high tariff. Simple toiletaries were also not provided. Leakage in the tent during rains. Good quality was good. Approach road is horrible. ”
