“The Occidental Lodge is a very charming, old-school lodge that is well-maintained and absolutely spotless. We also like the lounge and the other guests that were staying there. Would definitely return if we’re in the area.”

We didn’t use the pool because it wasn’t heated. Too chilly. If you are noise sensitive, you are as close to highway 101 as you can get so expect traffic noise.”

“I gave a two stars at maintenance because in room 102 makes a terrible noise that was not able to reconcile my sleep and kept me awake all night, it’s like a constant water leak drop but loud. Over all the place is very nice and neat.”

“Wonderful bottom floor room with a patio that was just steps away from the pool. We had the pool by ourselves for over an hour. Water could be a tad bit warmer but cooled us off anyway.
