“Wonderful staff who went above and beyond to accommodate some potentially challenging circumstances, super friendly, cute and clean rooms, recommend the spa rooms, just cover the hot tubs back up when not in use or it can feel a little humid. Excellent place to stay ”

“The lobby was very nice as well as the staff and complimentary items. Our room was a King Size room. It had a weird smell, stains on the carpet, scratches on the panel where the desk is, toliet paper holder was falling off the wall with wall paper hanging off. The sink squirted all over the place. The temperature in the room was hard to get below 77. Had to turn the AC on to 66 to get it down to at leastb75. The bed was somewhat comfortable and the breakfast was good. The sheets and blanket...

“Un gioiello nel mezzo del nulla !!! Scendendo in macchina da Toronto verso New York abbiamo voluto fare una tappa defaticante ed abbiamo scelto al volo il primo hotel consigliato da Expedia nella zona in cui eravamo (Scranton). Siamo rimasti felicissimi per la qualità di questo hotel. Camere spaziose e pulite, bagno grande e comodo. Qualità del sonno eccellente. L'Hotel dispone di ristorante interno (ottimo) e di una piscina e vasca idromassaggio separata aperte al pubblico fino alle 22.00 !!!!...

“La piscine était fermé, j'avais demandé deux lits lors de mon arrivé il n'y avait plus de chambre avec deux lits. Ils m'ont offert une chambre avec divan lit le matelas du divan lit n'était nullement confortable très très usé.”
