I booked a single room, but the bed was double-sized, and the room even had a window and a bathtub, which made my stay even more comfortable. “The room was nice and large and the beds were comfy. It was clean, however there was still rubbish in the bin from previous guests. Also the reception closes early and had to ring a couple of times before I got an answer to be able to get a code for the after hours box. But overall a good place to stay close to the middle of town”

“Good location, everything I needed. I stayed in a studio near the lifts and it felt a little bit like living in a fish bowl - open for all to see but once I got over that it was fine. Very good value.”

“I am a long term guest at seymours. It is always nice to see the team again as they are very pleasant and accommodating people. The building is old like majority of ballarat and has its quirks. The rooms are very spacious, well resourced, quiet and safe. They are always very clean. I will happily return again. Thankyou.”

“Room was clean, minimal kitchen (or lack thereof). Beds were hard, on Expedia it shows playground and pool which makes you think its at the motel but it's cross the road which is misleading. Loud at night and light out the front of the room was bright at night. ”

“A couple of things needed fixing but were not a problem. The lighting is dull, not bright. There needs to be a lamp on the table. The room I had this time needed more bench space and the TV was smaller than other rooms I've stayed at in this motel. I'm happy enough here and rebook regularly.”
