“This property closed its restaurant/bar and did not offer free breakfast as advertised because of "low occupancy." I was not informed and seriously doubt there was a rate reduction of any kind.”

“There was roaches and fleas. The cleaning was horrible there was hair on the toilet with dry pee. Hair in the shower and what looked like mold in the fridge and cabinets. I was shocked and very disappointed. The staff was rude and unprofessional when I tried to bring it to their attention. Never again will I be back.”

“We got the 2 bedroom suite which was perfect for a family traveling. The continental breakfast is not much, but available. Location is good, just a short drive from some really great food in the area. ”

“There was no shower nozzle,there was no tub plug to hold the water to take a bath due to no shower nozzle...cigarette burn in the bedspread...he said his computer had no record of an invisible person because my name was not printed in the email confirmation...he was not in office at 11:59 pm to chg rooms..the next morning I ask for a refund for I had to take a spit bath using the washcloths.and he refused the refund”

“The hotel provided a standard experience. The room and amenities were adequate, and the stay was generally comfortable. I would staying here again in the future.”

“We were originally in a room that was not a suite and had a full size bed instead of a queen. They were able to move us to another room for the second night. The showers in both rooms had low pressure. There was no drain plug in the sink. The staff was polite and accommodating. The bed was comfortable. Location is close to everything you need. Nice to be between Fayetteville and Rogers. ”

“Worst smelling room ever! Smelled like dirty feet. The smell seemed to be coming from the A/C. Febreeze didn’t even help! We stayed because I had my 80 yr old mom with me and she needed to get to bed due to health issues and couldn’t go one more minute. When I complained to the front desk, she didn’t really seem to care. The fire alarm was triggered in the middle of the night because someone was being stupid but that was not the fault of the management. They handled the situation calmly and...

“When I arrived to my first room, there were beer cans in the trash can, room smelled like smoke, toilet was running and dirty. The nice guy working the desk did switch me to a new room. That room had been cleaned but the pillow cases were yellow, the smell of room was so bad that it was hard to breathe. I left property immediately because I could not sleep there. ”

Somewhat shabby outside physical appearance. Cold breakfast. Unhealthy Coffeemate creamer for coffee which itself was ok. Adequate and safe appearing parking right outside one’s door. The television and room phones were not working and staff indicated this was a common problem. Really? Was overpriced for such minimal offerings. Would...
