“The Abbey Resort and Spa was spectacular! The staff from the front desk, restaurants, bars, spa, activities, security and cleaning were always helpful, considerate and attentive. Their communication via text messages and email to me before I arrived and during my stay kept me well informed. They have something very special here! I'll tell all my friends about the Abbey. I'll definitely return as well. Please keep the light on for me. 😉”

“The room and bathroom were spacious, and the bed very comfortable. It was not high season, and the hot breakfast options were less than stellar, but there were many other decent options.”

“This hotel was awesome. Location was great. Clean and spacious rooms. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was wonderful with hot and cold options, fresh fruit, pastries, oatmeal with lots of toppings. Amy is the breakfast lounge was a brite start to the day. She was very friendly and helpful. ”

“Stayed on a Monday after Easter & loved that there was no one around. The location is great and right across from the lake (even tho it was cold & windy while we were there) We just wanted to chill & the sauna was the perfect answer. There were massages on premises if you wanted. The front desk girl, I'm sad to say, I didn't get her name, but she was delightful & very helpful. She definitely helped make us feel welcome. The suites are spacious & supplies were more than we expected for our stay....

“Our room was mostly clean but a few items I noticed while taking a bath were mold under the tile in the tub wall and also in the crevasses on the toilet where the tank meets the base but the room was otherwise clean. The room was spacious with a nice patio and our room had a jetted tub in the bathroom which I loved. There are several amenities onsite including several restaurants, pool/jacuzzi inside and out, fitness center, spa, kids game room, gift shop and golf course. We liked that you could...

“Great service. Only complaint would be on the pillows. They were too thick and they didn't have other sizes to spare, but hardly an issue and not something I would expect. It definitely will not stop me from returning. We enjoyed our stay!”

“I had to ask for my floors and hot tub to be cleaned. The tub was wiped but still had someone else’s pubic hair in it. There were ants climbing up my mattress and I ended up with bed bugs. ”
