“Kevin at the front desk was extremely helpful when we had a problem with the room. He moved us into another room, which was much better for us in order to sleep.”

“This hotel is playing some game with their indoor pool, which is closed for no reason. It is stated on their website that pool is closed for the renovation but there in no work is happening. Pool is in a very good condition, hotel just cover front windows with a paper. Also breakfast was poor.”

“It's a serviceable place if you can accept that there is no front desk, per se. But the key was there in a box that was marked so it hard to not figure it out. The room was clean and decent sized.”

“The only problem we had was the unit next to ours had a low battery so it kept chirping every 60 seconds and could be heard both inside our unit and outside as well. I did mention it but nothing was done so we had to try to sleep with the tv on all night to block the sound.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The hostess was warm and friendly and very accommodating, breakfast was fantastic. I stayed in the green room, and although had a "shared bathroom", I had it all to myself and felt very comfortable. I enjoyed hanging out in Woodstock - checking out the Kaaterskill waterfall and Platte Clove waterfall, shopping around town, having a beer with the locals. I had dinner right across the street at Alba's Kitchen - convenient and tasty. Great stay! Highly recommend this...
