“The queen cabin over looking the river is just so quaint . The restaurant was open and steak salad was unbelievable. The property is beautiful. The most dog friendly place ever.”

Stayed a few days and my room was cleaned everyday day . Also Abby’s restaurant was great as well , the food was some of the best I’ve had anywhere and the prices were amazing. ”

“We were in town for a wedding and elected to stay at the family owned Overlook Hotel. This hotel is under renovation and coming along nicely. The rehabilitated buildings come with luxurious fixtures and relaxing decor. A perfect retreat! Being that it is just up and running, some ammentities will need to catch up. If your stay in the near future requires anything in particular, be sure to communicate with the owners- i am certain the be sure you have all you need!”

“We stumbled across this property when we were looking for a place to spend the night on our way back from Canada. The guest service here was excellent. We were greeted when we arrived and were updated on everything that the property has to offer and shown to our room. We stayed in the main house in the middle, and it was an older completely renovated farmhouse. “Check in was easy. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and well appointed. Three super minor, small issues: a pan was rusting through, the bathroom fan was broken, and our blinds were stuck. Only blinds no curtains. Loved having an actual kitchenette. Bed was comfy. Plenty of storage. Very quiet. Good wifi. Great location. Would come back!”
