“Nice hotel. Bit dated carpet, cleaning crew can do better job with carpet cleaning, hotel is going through renovations. Breakfast quality can be improved. I experienced issues like elevator not working once, and cleaning folks leaving the door unlocked after cleaning because of door look issue, but I wouldn’t count those as major problems given the courteous staff, and the overall experience which is very good.”

“inn did not have our reservation on file. hole in bathroom door. no free breakfast. carpet needs replaced. halls dark. bed was comfortable. no closet. no extra blanket or pillow in room. light in bathroom not working”

“Waited 15 minutes at the front desk for someone to appear. Blinds on windows were either broken and hanging wrong or were hard to adjust. Bathroom had dirty towels left over.I know the place is old but it should have been clean.”
