Hotel vicino a Lake Logan - Canton

“The room was very clean. The front desk staff person, however, was extremely rude. The checkin was right at 4:00, even though they were not full and rooms were available sooner. When I asked about waiting on the property until the room was ready, the front desk staff person told me I couldn't do that because I wasn't a registered guest. Then she added, "and you can go into the pool area." I wasn't going to the pool anyway.”

“This is a Hotel from the early 20th century. It has wonderful character. It doesn't have AC but does not really need it due to being up in the mountains at about 3500 ft. a room fan and open window was more than adequate. We had small issue with a smoke detector battery getting low and the detector started chirping at 4 in the moring. They don't have over night staff so it was fixed in the morning while we were out and fixed by noon. They do have a weekend breakfast that was very good. ...

“Hotel on the directory of Historic places, and so this is not one of the modern hotels along the road. However, the room was clean, bed comfortable, friendly and helpful staff and stunning views of the lake. Very relaxed vibe made for a special nights visit.”

“Facility is old but serious efforts have been made to update. New dropped ceilings, fairly new furnishings, new paint, quaint etc. Very clean and comfortable. I had very limited contact with staff, but that was pleasant. There was some road noise but not terrible. Spacious parking was at the room entry. Some of the room photos are misleading. “Checking in was a nightmare, not on the property manager but on hotels.com. Hotels.com had the wrong property manager listed, didn’t share my info with the real property so they could contact me. I had to track down the real property manager myself the morning before i left causing me to leave late.
