“The hot tub was literally a garden tub in the room, the water didn’t get hot at all. The shower would not drain the entire stay, we had to manually hold the lever down each time. The Ac barely blew out, The wifi was out in our room 2/4 days we were there. Some guy cleaned his van right outside our window from 7pm until 3am. I get what you pay for, however it wasn’t cheap by any means. ”

Some frustrations: (1) room key didn't work so I had to go back down to front desk and get another one - not the end of the world but after a long day of travel was frustrating, and (2) Ordered food "to go" to eat in the room from the "restaurant" - really a bar with limited kitchen capabilities.
