“The room smelled awful, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. A cockroach appeared in my bathroom in the middle of the night, what a fright!”

“Staff friendly. Hotel smells like weed and is dirty in common areas. Cable didn't work in room. "Breakfast" is not breakfast. Just nutrigrain bars and coffee ”

“The rooms are outdated. They need to upgrade. The king bed suite was cool because it divides into two rooms, but only one room had a tv and ac the other only had a fan. The beds were not even king size. They were queen size . It smelled bad. They need to clean better. The only thing I liked was the shower. The water pressure was strong. It’s a sketchy . ”

“Parking was super easy & simple. Air conditioning was good after having it on for a while it had a bit of a burning smell, it’s SoCal so it was super hot we needed to keep it on for a while. There was no comforter just sheets and one blanket. We asked for another and the front desk said they didn’t have any, but that they would wash some and deliver us one. That never happened. The housekeeper was super nice and friendly, when we saw her the next day and asked her if we could have another...

“The room was clean .but the only downs side is the towels they needs to get new ones. Other than that I'm very pleased to stay theirs ”

“I got the room last minute but I feel like they gave me the worst room ever. The bed was very uncomfortable, small, the alarms of the cars kept going off all night, people screaming and talking outside the door and lastly I could hear what the people on the other room were doing and talking. ”
