“Hotel was decent. Had bad experience when I phoned before arriving hoping to see if could get checked in a bit early. Spent long frustrating time on the phone with a so called person that was obviously A.I. My suggestions: 1. When you use A.I. don't try to fool the customer as we can almost always tell it is A.I. 2. A.I. is not ready for prime time. I and others I talk to are having same experience. A.I. can rarely answer all of our questions. It did not offer to turn me over to a person, even...

“To start we arrive and checked in around 10:30 and got to our room and found that the toilet had dried urine on the seat and the was very loose and had hair on the floor like the room had not been cleaned my wife call the front desk at told the lady working the desk told her that the room had been clean and my wife informed me that the lady she spoke to acted like she was making this up and no one came to the room to care of these issues”

“A very pleasant stay! I stayed two nights while visiting for work. I felt very safe the entire time. As a smoker, I appreciated the ashtrays that are placed strategically to allow you to smoke and easily dispose of your butt. I especially loved the outside seating area and the live plants placed everywhere. Would definitely stay again! And, thank you, Evelyn, for being so kind and helpful! It was such a pleasure meeting you!”
