“I had a charge on my bill from the restaurant. I told them I paid for my dinner but yet they said they watched video of me and my daughter and I never paid cash or card but signed off on my order to charge to my room. I basically was told I was lying to them. Terrible!”

“Although the property was nice and the staff were nice the consistency and urgency was extremely poor. When we checked in we notified the front desk person that one of our luggage’s would be delivered later and to look out for it. Left our name time and room number and when we got the text from the airline that it was delivered we waited for it to be sent to the room and it never came.
