Hotel a Lake Winnebago

“My son has gotten several bites on his body from an insect that caused red swollen spots on his skin, most likely the insect was in the hotel room specifically in his bed.”

“This hotel is more than run down. The "continental breakfast" is awful, there is nothing fresh or accommodating for guests. If you want 3 day old muffins or bread enjoy. The pool is disgusting and poorly kept. The staff has bad mouthed other customers in our presence more than once, so I can only imagine what they about everyone else. “Excellent stay for two days with family. The kids really enjoyed the pool, and both the dinner snacks during happy hour and breakfast were amazing. The facility is well maintained, and the overall experience was very good. One drawback we noticed was that the bathroom exhaust fan in Room #325 was not working. Other than that, everything was great, and we will definitely stay here again when we visit KC.”

“Very large room, the massage chair wasn’t great but the bed was very nice. The hotel is older but is very nicely styled. The grounds are very nice with a lake outside. The foyer was great with fire. Mocktails at the bar were very nice, breakfast was simple and there different restaurant options close by. The staff were FABULOUS!”

“Beds were comfortable and water was hot. Those were the only positives. Other than that, the rooms and bathrooms were dirty. Staff was rude and beyond annoyed at basic requests like enough towels for the members of our party and putting out more very meger breakfast. Definitely skip this one.”
