“Aden and Amber were great at the front desk however that was the only highlight. Rooms are old and out of date, the noise is constant, events make it difficult to park, and the hotel itself just does not have the amenities of what a hotel should have in 2026.”

“Breakfast was good. Most staff who spoke English were very helpful. Others were really nice but couldn’t be helpful due to language. The air conditioner was pretty loud but kept the room cool during the heat wave we experienced while staying at the holiday inn. Overall service was good, we didn’t need to use a lot of the amenities and the hotel is in fairly good condition. It served the purpose after the first night, I got used to the ac sound and I was able to sleep better for the remaining...

“The rooms were huge!!! So great for families with kitchen and separate living room area. The bathroom was super large with double sinks and expanded mirror that covered one wall. Super comfortable place to stay.”

“Please take this hotel off your site. I booked online and when I arrived at property the clerk was asleep. I had to knock on window and door to wake him up. He then proceeded to get mad that I woke him up and woukd not check me in. He told me he didn't care I had a booking and to call the police. So I did call the police. “Suites were a great size for our 4 night stay. Hotel is only 2 years old. Everything is new and clean. Breakfast had many choices. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay at this location again.”

“Pool had milky water the whole 10 days we stayed there also dirt was flowing on top of water complaining was told its fine not fine was scheduled for room service which never happened was told since we had our do not disturb on door at 8:00 while at breakfast it was taken off the schedule lastly being so close to the highway the road noise was so loud it was very hard to get any sleep don’t stay here”
