“Clean, comfy, safe area”

“The room was like it hasn’t been updated since the ‘50s. The towels were stained and the soaps (2) were very, very tiny, barely enough for a shower, and no shampoo. The tub and toilet are very old. If my wife and I weren’t so tired when we checked in I would have asked for another room, but I think it wouldn’t have made a difference. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough.”

“Property was close to where we needed to be. Was not terrible , was clean but definitely older. Good for the price.”

“While the place does have the bare minimum a motel should have for a stay, the rooms are filthy, the owner installed cameras at every door (which made for a lack of privacy), the sink and shower had broken valves, and the reception office was incredibly hot.”

“Typical Jersey Motel the smell, the look, the size. I guess if you compare prices it’s an ok price but definitely not worth the price for that room. 10 minutes from Point Pleasant I guess if you have no other choice.”

“I want to start by saying the young woman at the desk was lovely and eager to do whatever she could to make the stay good. The property, however, is a total ZERO. Smoking everywhere. Lobby with no furniture in it. I went out on the porch to work - smoking there as well. can see where young people who only want to be near the beach could tolerate this - but with absolutely zero amenities - including empty vending machines, sloppy painting, moldy ceilings and ZERO accessibility. Oh my! Not sure...

“The room was super clean. Air conditioning was a little different, but , hey I am from New York,what do I know! Place was so much better than we expected for the price. Restaurant on-site is outstanding. If we are ever back in the area,we will definitely be back.”

“I never thought about what prison washcloths must be like until I arrived at this 60-70 year old motel. Black grime on edges/corners of floor, especially in the bathroom; random hairballs too. Unmatching furniture gives appearance of a Goodwill store. Mattresses are about 5 in. thick, pillows about 4 in. thick, sheets are cheap and loose, and I found myself wondering what was on the bedspread because I assume it's cleaned about as often as the floor. Bedside lamps 3 ft. too high. LOUD air...

“I always booked the jacuzzi smoking room and everytime I would get the same room but this time I was put in another room on the 2nd floor. Normally I am pretty satisfied with this facility. This time wasn't the case. The hallway leading to my room smelled like urine. The room had many bugs, I killed about 8-10 flies and there were lots of gnats or fruit flies. There were also lots of ppl hanging around. At 2 in the morning, kids were outside, ppl were arguing.”

“This is my go to Hotel chain when traveling now. Great modern rooms. nice complimentary breakfast with more than your typical options. Friendly staff.”
