Motel a Lakehurst

“Check in was great except I wish they would have told me the day prior I had to submit a payment method and photo ID via text because they called/texted while I was driving the whole day prior to arrival. Room was spotless and amenities were great (fridge, table, charging stations, wine key, TV options, location). Bathroom had no toilet paper to be found upon check in, but I had a box of tissues in the car, so I made it work.”

“The photos and price fooled me. It's basically an overpriced roadside motel next to a bar and not a very nice or quiet area. Very loud traffic from rt 9. When i turned over the comfortor on the bed the underside looked so worn and dirty that i left. It would be passable if they charged $75 a night. It's not what you would expect for $115.”

“The price was greart. The room was very clean. ”

“The floor in the room was dirty and one of the bedside lights had been ripped off the wall and not replaced. Most of the people staying seemed to be long term. The grounds were dirty and the buildings in poor shape Not worth calling it a motel stay away and remove it from Expedia so so other poor soul doesn’t go there”

“Carpet smells in the entire building. A huge ice built up in the freezer and prevented from keeping items cold. Litters and used fake nail between the mattresses. We left early. ”

“The worse place to stay. Very old and run down. The pictures online are very deceiving. The place was a dump. Got locked in the bathroom at 4:30am. Had to call in the maintenance guy to drill out the door knob to get out. Was trapped for 1.5 hours. Left and never stayed our second night. To much of a dump.”

“Room showed signs of significant wear. Dead bugs or other items on walls. Sheets had numerous red stains, maybe blood, pillowcase had a burn hole probably from a cigarette. I stayed 4 days because of work. They didn't service the room one time. The towels were not only hard, they were so black stained, you think someone was using them for automotive work. Definitely disappointed. I stayed here before several years ago and it was not this bad.”
