“The breakfast was minimal with not a lot thought or care put into it. The biscuits were stale and the eggs lacked a lot. The bacon was thin and under cooked. When going into the breakfast area,the chairs were placed on the table and it was 2 hours until breakfast time was over. There’s also a lack of training in regards to how to professionally clean an eating or dining area. This was quite a disappointing experience. ”

“The hotel was not well maintained. The carpet in the first floor hallway was so filthy. My bathroom was not very clean, there was dirt in the corners. The manager was having an altercation with another guest in the hall as I was going to my room. Overall, I felt like it was not up to Hilton standards at all, especially for the price I paid for one night. I would not stay there again. ”

“We were there on April 7th and the air conditioner did not work properly. Instead the heater went n and could not be turned off. The room temperature reached 80 degrees. No maintenance on site to help. We complained to desk staff who took our phone number but we never received a phone call back. We were having a good experience until that point.”

“It’s nice and quiet. The room was clean except they forgot to clean the bathtub. I say that because it wasn’t 1 hair it was multiple including on faucet. And the bottom was dirty - they did hang a clean shower curtain. For the price it is very nice. Everything else was clean. There is a grill in the hotel. There is a nice size pool. It’s a free breakfast but it’s dine in only - you may need tip money- I had to leave really early so I missed breakfast. This hotel was better than many and I’m...

“We had a great stay. The front desk staff were quite friendly, and the check-in procedure was seamless. The king suite in which we stayed was huge and spotless. The suite would be a great place for families who have multiple rooms to gather. There was that much room. Our only issue really was that the indoor pool was too cold to enjoy. I generally don't mind a pool a bit on the cold side, but it was a little too cold for me. We did make use of the jacuzzi for a few minutes instead.”
