Motel a Lakeport

“The room had a burned out light which they did not replace on request. The safety latch on the door was broken and they did not repair upon request.”

“Property was filthy. Bed was sunken in the middle. Staff was nowhere to be found for check-in. Slept like frap refunded my second night and stayed at a worthy hotel. ”

“For the price, this was a great night's stay and I will definitely stay here again. I felt safe and my car did not get broken into, but there were a couple transient folks walking the parking lot and talking to themselves at all hours. They moved along, but it was abit disconcerting for a few minutes. Breakfast was very tastey--biscuits and gravy, sausage, oatmeal cereal, waffles, hard boiled eggs, juice, coffee and tea. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfy bed. I give the room a 7 out of 10...

“We will definitely come back. I got what I expected: a clean room, great location at a reasonable price. Cons: Some towels had black stains, some of the furniture was oversize in the room and our mattress pad cover had stains on it. There definitely is some maintenance that could be done to improve the property. Pros: location location location! It was RIGHT on the lake but better: the Highlands Park was a quick walk and we caught 9 fish rather quickly (we are catch and release). The room was...
