“We needed a place to stay for one night while visiting for a graduation. We found the Regency to be clean and neat but very basic which suited our needs. It was close to restaurants and a grocery store. It worked fine for a short term stay. The rooms are old and could use an upgrade. The carpet needs to be replaced, but the price was right.”

“Too our surprise this hotel was very clean and orderly. It's on Highway 20 but is back enough you couldn't hear the traffic very bad.
We were surprised how clean the rooms and property were.
We would stay again. Thank you for a pleasant stay.”
