“DIRTY! Run down. Nothing like advertised. This place needs total renovation. Confused staff. Wall gecko crawling inside room. Broken faucets. Strange holes in walls. ”

“The spa was closed for the entire duration of our stay. The microwave, fridge, and lights in the guest toilets and the second bedroom ensuite were not working. When I escalated these issues, staff assured me they would be fixed the next day, but nothing was done. I ordered food through the kitchen service, but the order was sent to another room by their own error.
