“DIRTY! Run down. Nothing like advertised. This place needs total renovation. Confused staff. Wall gecko crawling inside room. Broken faucets. Strange holes in walls. ”

“The spa was closed for the entire duration of our stay. The microwave, fridge, and lights in the guest toilets and the second bedroom ensuite were not working. When I escalated these issues, staff assured me they would be fixed the next day, but nothing was done. I ordered food through the kitchen service, but the order was sent to another room by their own error. “The staff were professional and especially the manager, who went out of her way to make sure myself and my guest were well taken care of even with the fact that they were not ready for guests due to major renovations going on, and in spite of the fact they never received any reservation notice from Expedia. I give Grace, the Manager, 2 thumbs up for her professional conduct, her patience with me, as well as her trust in me even in the face of uncertainty getting paid due to communication issues...

“Flying insects (And mosquitoes) all over the room even at night Inside the air conditioning. Maybe the place has not been fumigated since the pandemic lockdown but the sanitary ware are almost falling apart. Entertainment system isn’t stable and the intercom is very useless ”
