“We have stayed in hotels that have been rated as four star that did not have rooms that are as well-appointed as those at Legends, especially the bathrooms. My husband, a retired builder, noted how clean the baths are in areas that are neglected in other places. We even saw a staff member cleaning the outside of a room door. The elevators are some of the fastest we've ever been in. However, this time checking in was a royal pain. We got in line at 3:30, and it took 50 minutes to get to the...

“The pool and hot tub was closed but wasn’t told. They didn’t ask me to sign when I checked in. I walked into my room and my pull out mattress was filthy and had crumbs everywhere, there was broken tile in the bathroom, the vent was caked with dust. Our tv didn’t work. Anytime I tried looking for an employee no one was available. ”

“Was a wonderful place to stay. Everything was spotless. I had no trouble with my service dog they welcomed her no problem. To top it off the laundry was free. It was all around win win. I will definitely be back!! ”

“There is no elevator , no water dispenser to fill water . Asked for a walk up call , didn’t get it . No hand towels . One face cloth for a two queen bedroom. ”
