“Windows were locked in screwed down bathroom Windows broken the bathroom fan bleach during the rain place was terrible even the corner tried to get me to go to Blue water and filled with cockroaches”

“The heating unit was not turned on when I entered the room so it got very chilly. When I turnd it on it was very noisy. I called the front desk a number of times but no one answered .Furthermore It also did not seem that the front desk was staffed.”

We then discovered there was no elevator, which is completely unreasonable given that my husband had just been released from the hospital and should not have been climbing stairs. “The check in was quick and the staff so friendly. The room was great and the bed comfortable. We had a great night sleep both nights. There was one very loud family letting their children run up and down the hall knocking on doors. Staff dealt with it right away. ”
