“We had a wonderful short stay and couldn’t have asked for better service. The staff were exceptional, incredibly friendly, and went above and beyond our expectations. I needed lactose-free milk for breakfast, and they actually went out to get it and had it back within minutes — such a thoughtful touch! “Room not as described, aircon not working, unable to have windows open in evening due to bats, making it unbearable. Some winfows screwed shut. (Fire hazard) Curtain missing on lounge area allowing multiple view points to see in room. As for FOOD/SERVICE, terrible ordered breakfast, first in restaurant, Took 1HR 15MINS before breakfast served. Advertised big bottles of wine, but would only served per glass.”

“The service was great, though my suggestion is that it is difficult to pair with an extended stay when you booked a short stay. The long-stay owners were extremely loud on the last day. Overall, a three-star from me, just because the service was good.”

“We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. ”
