“We liked staying right in town with our two dogs, having an excellent restaurant on-site with an outdoor patio where we ate for both our dinner and breakfast with our dogs. Parking in garage adjacent to hotel was very convenient. We would stay again.”

So there maintenance problem, which put me at risk, is not my responsibility? That is a failure to take responsibility for customer service. (And there was no shampoo, so...

“Maid service was not good. We had to go to office on the 3rd day to get clean towels. Never made bed and didn’t empty trash. We took it out ourselves. Staff in office was great.”

“Bathroom tub did not drain, black mold in the bathrooms, broken toilet seat. Additional fees of 25$ USD each because we were 4 adults in one room even if my booking cleary indicated that. Never was mention by expedia when booking. Completely inexcusable.”
