“Great clean place , great breakfast, great room when travelling with family ”

“Basic menu for breakfast, no fruits. Parking ok no issues. Clean room; mattress too hard, pillow and linen can be better. Overall good stay. ”

“The staff was amazing but that was about it. The hotel definitely needs work. This area of Kelowna is rough to say the least. I did not feel safe at all.”

“This hotel location is excellent, it close to all kind of shops and restaurants, easy to park. The hotel just started operating after a major indoor renovation, very clean but since it was new some stiff like ice machine were not functioning yet but you could ask reception and they will accommodate you, overall we had a good experience and we would try it on the next trip for sure.”

“Linens clean but poor state of room...paint peeling, drape torn, TV not working properly no coat hanges for clothing only coffe for 1 day although there 2. However, greenspace outside the room great!”

“The room was clean, a bit loud in the morning because it was facing the Main Street. At check out the staff was not friendly. Parking is gated with lots of spaces.”

“Our room was great - everything was modern and clean and worked very well. Staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't use the breakfast voucher as it seemed a bit underwhelming (only pancakes or waffles and some kind of meat or veg). Otherwise a great stay, solid sleep.”
