“It's an old property that maybe hasn't been maintained the best. The room was clean and the beds were cosy despite how creaky they were. Ideally, you rent the place to sleep, make a quick breakfast using the kitchenette and otherwise spend all your day on the beach”

“We came to Sylvan for my daughter's 21st bday. The motel is pretty much what you would expect from one of the cheaper options in town. The guy running the place was awesome. Very friendly and accommodating. We learned they are being torn down for some fancy condos in tbe near future so you get what you get 😆 For a quick one night stop it was worth the price for a place to crash right on Lakeshore Drive.”

“We stayed with out kids and our dog in a family room. The kids loved that there was a pool, water slide and hot tub. I liked the family room as we had seperate bedrooms and small kitchen and living area- lits of space. The hotel does look dated on some ways, but is in line with what I would expect for the price point and what we needed the hotel for. It didn't negatively ompact our stay- as it was still clean.
