“A quaint stay for heritage hearts. Newton Village offers plenty of cute/cozy places to eat, drink, and stroll about. The Rocco Restaurant and 4th floor are under renovation. Truly it would be a spectacular venue once construction is completed and amenities are updated.”

“The staff was tremendous!!!! We originally booked a different hotel but had to leave as a result of an emergency. We booked this last minute and honestly we were blown away with our last minute reservation. Super clean hotel, amazing guest service and overall stellar experience. A big thank you to Matt who helped us shuffle from one hotel to another. We will definitely be back”

“AC was broken in common areas and not expected to be fixed for days. TV didn’t work in our room and front desk told us there was nothing they could do. Also, they ran out of pillows.”

“The phone in our room did not work. We let the staff know and was told they would call maintenance right away to switch it out. Maintenance never came. The breakfast was disappointing. Nothing hot. Just muffins, bagels, and yogurt. Our room was nice; just didn't like the location; right next to the laundry room. “The hotel was good but there were people next door having a loud music like around 11 pm my kids couldn’t get to sleep until a fight it out with next door room we call 3 time to the lobby and they didn’t do anything about it not even when up to see what was happening besides they give us a connecting room and that made me feel unsafe we didn’t notice until we were already set so overall the hotel didn’t make me feel safe on that sense.it was clean and very nice place besides that inconvenient”

“For a quick weekend getaway without the children, I was disappointed. My husband and I wanted to spend time together, but he had a conference each day from 8-4 so I was on my own at your property. 3/4 of the TV channels did not work "low signal." A plastic component from one of the whirlpool jets came shooting out at me in the water. The carpet looked as if it hadn't been touched by a vacuum in some time. “The staff was warm and friendly! The room was clean. Parking was readily accessible. The only issue was the room was not serviced one of the days.”

“Horrrrrrible. Everything about this ‘hotel’ was horrible. Everything was beyond poor. The bed, cleanliness, amenities, friendliness, no water kettle which is a basic thing and they don’t even sell hot water at the front desk. Bad smell, even in the non-smoking rooms you can smell the cigarettes and joint. As if you’re a smoker yourself. OMG… I will neverrrr go back again and I would NOT recommend anybody staying at this poor and cheap hotel! The ONLY positive thing is that it is WELL located!”
