There is mould and mildew in shower that should have been wiped off. Cleaners need to be replaced. Floors were unvaccummed and tiles stained and not cleaned.”

“The room was tiny, bed & 2 seat couch were uncomfortable, no bedside table. Way over priced for what you get. It was clean, very old but clean and housekeeping ladies were lovely. Total disappointment in the room. ”

“We booked a 2 bedroom apartment with twin beds in 1 room and whilst the hotel was agreeable to splitting a bed, it took over 24 hours to happen. The patio had all services on it (hot water system and 2 aircon motors, 1 of which was not for this room), and the aircon drain was direct onto the patio floor, so you could not use the patio except to stand in the middle of it on a mat that was placed on it for water reasons. The apartment was advertised to have aircon, but it was in the loungeroom...

A middle eastern front worker even question my receipt from hotel.com even though it is clearly shown paid with receipt details. What a joke .
