“A very comfortable hotel in a glorious location on the river at Fowey. Great river view from our room. Good continental breakfast with a paying option for a hot dish. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a great few days. There is limited hotel parking which needs to be pre-booked in advance otherwise you have to park in one of the 2 main carparks. There is a bus service from the top car park which is at the top of a steep hill.”

“My husband and I stayed in the hotel, whilst our friends stayed in a lodge as they had taken their dog. Both were excellent. The hotel grounds are well kept and beautiful. All staff were friendly and helpful. We used the spa/ pool area. Lovely hot jacuzzi. We would definitely recommend a stay.”

“Amazing place for family with younger children. Our children - 8,6& 2 loved their stay here. We swam every day, attempted crabbing, played in the playground and attended all of the activities put on by the den staff. Kids loved mocktail & jewellery making and they put on a great Easter egg hunt for the kids too. They also attended the den sessions and were happy each time.
