If you need to be in the Boyertown, Bally area the location is very convenient. It's an older motel, the rooms are very small, especially the bathrooms. We were in the area for a funeral and trying to get dressed and hair done in the small space was a challenge. The staff was helpful. The air conditioner is mounted up high on the wall and I could not reach it without climbing on a chair so I called for help. They came right down and turned it on for me. However, I could make no temperature changes or turn off because of how high it was. Not the best situation.

A great stay. Helpful staff. Great housekeeping. Nice room. Good value. Good room service. Will always choose this property when traveling.

Pretty good motel. Were the walls thin so you could hear other rooms - yes. Was the a/c working and fan loud enough to cover that noise - yes. Linens were clean and bed comfortable enough - also yes. Rest of the room wasnt super clean, but it wasnt falling apart or anything super gross. Felt safe in the location as well. Overrall great value for the price.

For some unknown reason, they didn’t have my reservation that I had already booked and paid for. I reserved a room with a king size bed and a pull out sofa since rooms with 2 queen size beds were not available. I was traveling with my adult daughter and luckily we switched rooms with other relatives who were staying at the same hotel attending a funeral The staff first said they could get us the original room but after conversing with one another, they suddenly changed their mind and stated that there was no other room available and there was nothing they could do. Very disappointing
