Cottage a Lansing

“Room was nice and clean. Parking was good. Staff nice. Just a place to stay. Breakfast was a little disappointing. Waffles, sausage and cereal. Hard boiled eggs only 2 left, had to ask for sausages which were all gone. But for an overnight it was good.”

“We went in our room, went to put something in the fridge, the door fell off. That was the first sign. Broken cabinet doors, drawers that don’t shut and come out on their own, AC had crap all in it, probably never cleaned, the chairs in the room were full of stains and a torn cushion that was just flipped upside down to try to hide the tear. Went to take a shower and it sounded like you were going to break right through the tub. Only reason we stayed our first night was because it was late and...

“Beds were very hard and no elevators.Neither my husband or I got any sleep because the bed mattresses were that hard”

“It was ok at best. Nothing over the top, but also nothing too disappointing.”

“The room was not as pictured. There were a lot of stairs. Not a problem for us, but for others it might be. Hot tub was down. This was a very quiet place. There was an outside fire pit, that we enjoyed.”

“Our door had a gap in it and wouldn’t lock properly. Anyone could push the door open. Smallest bathroom I’ve seen at a motel. No staff on duty, you have to call someone to get into your room. Felt like I was staying at the Bates Motel.”

“I wish there was a thermostat to control temperature in the room. Otherwise great”
