“The worst “hotel” imaginable. Staff have no idea what they’re doing. No wifi (i mean who needs wifi). I was told to be ready at 6 am sharp for transport to the city. It never came. The hotel reception said that in Peru when we say 6 am we really mean 7 am. Unbelievable. I only woke up at 5 am and was there 15 minutes early. I had to hitch a ride with another couple’s driver (pure luck) to get to the city, My driver is still probably on his way. The worst part is in my haste I left behind my hat....

“Miskiwasi was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very clean and smelt amazing. The food served at the hotel was lovely and very delicious. A nice variety for breakfast and dinner. “Sehr leckeres Abendessen mit Guacamole, Quinoasuppe und Hauptgang (Vegetarisch, Hühnchen oder Alpaka). Frühstück (leckere Pfannkuchen mit Bananen sowie Avocado mit Brot) bekamen wir schon um 05:45 Uhr, sodass wir früh zu unserem Aufstieg nach Cabanaconde starten konnten. “Beautiful rustic property on the edge of the canyon. The views are unbelievable, the condors are amazing, we saw some each of the 3 days we were there. Edgar and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful. Comments regarding no heat and the rooms be cold at night are quite accurate. We stayed Sept 18-20 and it was cold at night.
