“The hotel is showing many signs of aging, from broken USB ports to squeaky/clanky doors and worn surfaces. Also, there was a mixup with the room I was assigned, and it took a long time to resolve it. The staff were nice enough but did not show any concern for my time or the mistake they made.”

“Our stay was nice, however five minutes into my shower the water just completely shut off. My daughter called the front desk and the gentleman said wait fifteen minutes and turn the water back on. Since I had soap on my face, I was able to wash my face in the sink. I tried the shower ten minutes later and all hot water was restored!”

When I went to the front desk to ask them to clean, their exact words were, "Oh, you're staying less than 4 days so you wouldn't be getting any housekeeping."
