Nice place, very clear that house is not lived in
The property was as advertised, clean, and spacious. The biggest downside was that the property was very clearly not lived-in at any point. Only about 8 drinking cups inside, no coffee pot (we actually bought one and left it), sporadic and limited kitchen utensils and cookware/dishware. The pool was NOT heated and was already unusable in early November, and we were told not to touch the pool settings. Besides that, a very chill place to hang out, play pool, and have space outside of the strip.

Wonderful experience!
We were the first people to stay at the property since it was renovated. It was super nice, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. There was 8 adults and we had plenty of room to spread out, sleep and play. The pool table is nice, the swimming pool was clean and there is plenty of chairs outside for everyone to sit and relax. Communicating with the owner was easy and fast response time, check in and out was easy and fast. Overall a great stay and we will definitely stay there again next time we are in vegas

Nice pool. House needs work
The neighborhood is less than ideal. Many houses in need of repair. The interior of the house could use some TLC and the front door is rotting away at the bottom. You can see daylight through it. The pool was nice and the kitchen and bedrooms were clean.

The house it’s beautiful don’t get me wrong but the house is not clean well. The communication with the manager sucks. They don’t answer you until a day or 2 later. We got to the property past 11:00pm Tuesday well, the keys were no where to been found. I messaged and called management no one answered. I had to call VRBO help line and down the middle of the call the owner messaged me because she saw my message and was able to open the garage door so we could come in which was nice but I had been on the phone for a while so that was very very annoying. Btw, the keys were inside on the table. At first glance the house looks clean, but me been a neat freak started wiping down everything and cleaning because it was just not clean. Don’t even think about washing clothes because as soon as you open the hoses the cold one starts to leak which I messaged them about and told me they couldn’t do anything until the week which they didn’t even bother to get back to me or send someone out. It leaks so much that the water runs all the way to the living room and the floor gets so slippery that I was about to fall at least 3 times and my daughter fell once. The pool was so filthy Wednesday morning but the pool guy comes Wednesday so he made the water turn clear with a matter of 2 hours. With lots and lots and lots of chemicals so that was concerning that’s why we didn’t use the pool as much. The trash outside was so accumulated that my dad took out the trash bins Saturday for collection even the one accumulated from I don’t know how long. The cookware is very old and super filthy with food residue. The toilet papers in the bathrooms were the leftovers from previous tenants which to me that’s disgusting they just tried making them look nice. The pool table was honestly the nicest thing around the house. We left the house cleaner than how we found it seriously because that’s just who we are. The front door needs to be replaced. The half bathroom, the toilet needs the handle to be pushed back up when flushing because it doesn’t go back on it’s own. It’s just a lot of details that need to be fix. The garage light needs to be changed because you feel like you in scary movie with the lights flickering like that. However, having a garage was nice. The neighborhood is safe. Our flight was delayed asked to check out by 1 they said no, so not willing to accommodate you for even a couple hours more that sucked with kids. I would just suggest to look at more options tbh!

Family trip
The house was clean & the location was nice. Check was supposed to be 5pm. Communication with the owner is horrible he didn't answer my phone calls or texts which left us outside of the house with no way to get in for over 3 hours. Vrbo was going to put in hotel for the night. Owner said he was going to comp the stay and it never happened. The smoke doctors chirped the whole 4 days we was there. The main bathtub had huge cracks in it. The hot tub was very dirty with debris even after the pool guy supposedly came. The pool vacuum was in the pool the whole time. Made it difficult to swim with the long vacuum hose in the pool. It would have been better if the attention to detail was thought out.

Friends trip
We enjoyed our stay. House is right next to the airport almost on highway so could here the noise at times. Short drive everywhere. The pool is really nice! Beds were nice and room for everyone. I think if they updated the property and had things turned on(a/c, heated pool, Etc) for when guests arrive that’d make a huge improvement. Overall enjoyed staying here.

Paradise
This is a beautiful property. Clean, quiet, and we felt very safe staying there. I am a single mother and I brought my two teens and our small dog to stay. The saltwater pool and hot tub are the highlights, but this place is wonderful in it's entirity. It was so nice to get away at such a tranquil location. It was a great experience and we can't stop talking about renting the house again. Wonderful place for families or larger groups to have a break from the chaos of the strip. The host was very helpful too.

Great Location in Proximity to the Strip, But...
I booked this property over a year ago, and to his credit, the owner worked with me to push my reservation back over a year on COVID's account. At the time the residence was highly reviewed, and I felt confident our stay would be great. The owner was easy to reach, and relatively responsive. Check in was easy... all remote. The neighborhood seemed a little rough, but ended up being relatively quiet throughout our stay, and we had no issues. The location is great and close to everything you could be looking for. My worst gripe with the place (which was right off the bat) was with the pool, mainly because I had to use the net to remove cigarette butts, bird feathers, remnants of a plastic bag, and a good bit of other stuff from, before my kids could go into it. No issues with the pool after that. Otherwise, the residence could use some TLC, but was relatively clean. The review by Lisa B. (which was left just before we arrived) was very accurate and deserves a thorough read through.
