The room was not as big as the one i booked. The tub drpped all night long. I called the next morning, but upon my return back the next night it was not fixed. The hot tub was hot the first night and very cold the next night not worth what i paud for sure!

It's right under the landing pattern for the airport and it's very noisy. I was denied free wifi because I booked thru Expedia instead of direct. I'll never go back.

Overall very good
The hotel staff was friendly. The room was fine except that the tv had problems with some channels. Also they did not make their housekeeping policy clear so i did not know when they were coming.

great location, easy parking, friendly
Great location, nice security in rooms (key cards with NFC chips), and room had microwave and refrigerator. One cleaning problem, addressed nicely by management. Friendly staff. In-house "bistro" nice, had a very nice light dinner there, and the staff were friendly and helpful whenever I talked with them. Has in-building laundry for guests to use, nice!

The amenities listed on Expedia said there was an in room safe. When I couldn’t find one, I called the front desk and was told they didn’t have any in room safes & didn’t care what expedia had on their website. Very Rude. The next morning while taking a shower, the lever wouldn’t stay in position, I almost scalded myself. I called to ask for another room… there were none. She said she would send someone down within the hour. No one showed. I had to call back later that afternoon. A guy came and fixed it. The property overall looked like it needed some TLC. Carpets needed cleaned, touch up paint. The pool was cloudy, no one would get in it. I am really disappointed in Marriott hotels lately. The last few have been run down.

The room service was horrible. After complaining several times I was offered a free breakfast. It took awhile before I received mine and everything but the eggs were cold. No butter for the toast, my wife’s meal came out 15 minutes later and the french toast wasn’t even cooked through. A/C was loud and didn’t work well. There’s more…

Bed very uncomfortable.
We have stayed a courtyard Marriott in Henderson a number of times. It is a convenient location to leave your car when flying out of Las Vegas. The shuttle service is great. However, some of the beds are like sleeping on bricks. Even though the staff gave me 2 blankets to put under me, I was in so much pain from the bed I only slept about an hour all night. Going to try some other place next time.

Pluses probably outweighs the minus
The main lobby is beautiful, didn’t eat the food but it smelled amazing and the Starbucks on campus is a great addition. The room itself wasn’t the cleanest, got a patio with a nice view to the strip but the door is so hard to open. It is also noisy between the street traffic and the planes flying directly over the hotel every 3-5 minutes. Good location off the strip though.

We stayed at a Marriott Courtyard twice on this road trip. It has been quite disappointing. The staff at Marriott in Carson City was very grumpy and not helpful. The staff here in Henderson at least were friendly. The hotel is very rundown and dirty. What is happening with Marriott? It is no longer a good and reliable place to stay. Step it up Marriott!

About 20 minutes from the strip. Plenty of shops and eating places around. There is a huge shopping mall and center about ten minutes east of the hotel.

Room key delay
Upon check in the room key maker was down and we had to load up our luggage & meet housekeeping at our room. We were hot, tired, hungry & had our service dog waiting to get into our room for respite. Too long of wait.

Nice hotel and area…highly recommended…good price and it’s off bus line if you want to use public transportation towards the strip…this a good location for someone who is trying to save when visiting Las Vegas…the only problem I have is getting my deposit back in a timely matter…I have to always call and debate with management, whom I heard had a glitch in system during the time…but it seem to be EVERYTIME🤔hmmm
