“When I booked there was no where in the disclosure that this is owned by a third party and that I had to pay for a cleaning fee since it was a condo. Shower and AC was not working properly and didn’t get fixed during our stay. The staff up front couldn’t help because the “condo” was owned by another company.”

“Dirty room. TV didn’t work. Room does have a refrigerator, so that was a plus. Bring your slippers because the floor is disgusting.”

“There is a lady working front desk with a tattoo on her neck. She is not a friendly person and not commentate you what so ever . I asked for Manager she said “manger will not be avalible until Monday .” I asked to change the room she said “ there is no room Avalible” I asked I don’t care if you put me on less of the room Just move me to other rooms away from Loud noises on pool she said “ there is no room avalible .” She needs to find another job she is not good for Customer service job . “I got to my room and the bed was dirty. The bed had crumbs and hair. Then, I pulled up the covers from the bed and saw the wet towels and stains in the sheets. I felt so disgusted to see that the bed was super dirty, the sheets not changed and if the bed was not clean that means that the room was not clean either. So disappointing because I really enjoyed staying at this hotel Element.”

“Great hotel, room, halls bathroom and hotel elevator were nice and clean, the lighting and modernity are amazing. The staff were all friendly and the in hotel amenities + food and drinks are spectacular. There was only one negative thing that was the parking lot elevator, it sort of smells.”
