“Clean room, nice adjustable shower head, nice bath exhaust so not tons of steam. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast is nice, but very small space to maneuver. No residual smoke lingering in halls or rooms like some converted smoke free hotels. Enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable.”

“We had a great stay! The house was extremely clean and well maintained. The owner communicated clearly before and during our stay, making sure we knew everything we needed to expect. The location was perfect and right in the heart of the city and close to everything we wanted to do. The kitchen was fully stocked with clean plates, pots, pans, and utensils, and the home had all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. “The front desk hung up on me when I called to ask a question. The check-in was difficult, and the room was disgusting. This hotel did not feel safe either. It was also much further away from destinations than stated. I requested a refund through the property after sending photos of hair and stains on the beds; however, they refused to work with Expedia to issue a refund.
