“The room smelled of pot, “horrible skunk smell”, sheets were dirty on the bed. They did not have a room available to move us. The front desk employee did all he could for us but we had to pay for a dirty stinky room. Very disappointed as we went by your ratings on this hotel when choosing a place to stay. ”

The bathtub looked like it had just been painted, was peeling, and had some ceiling coming off. Linens were clean. The toilet took a long time to refill after flushing. ”

We asked the front desk if they could help make it right by moving us to another Hampton Inn, but they were unwilling to assist. Due to the condition of the room and lack of resolution, we chose to leave. Very disappointing experience, especially considering the expectations associated with the Hampton Inn...

“I would not recommend this place to anybody when we walked into our room there was a roach on the wall also the top blanket had stains on them. We were moved to a different room and let me know also had a different roach in the sink in the bathroom and real bad smell in both rooms we did not stay there and they kept $80 of our money what a waste of money never again.”

“3 day stay and tried to leave after 1 night. never found hot coffee. my room didn't have Wi-Fi, tv didnt work, 60% of the lights didnt work, no shampoo, shower head was barely hanging on, beds sheets dirty. After accepting all the bs, i only cared about the wife as it was a work stay. I felt threatened by the staff for asking. I was never able to get Wi-Fi and asked two days in a row when asking, and recorded for my safety, the manager took the phone from the front desk and went in the office...
