“Customer service was a little lacking in the mornings over the weekend. Asked for waters on the morning of the second day and they stated I needed to buy them and it was only free when checking in. Asked for a noon checkout on Sunday and was told they dont offer late checkouts anymore. Amentities within the room are basic. Small/rough towels and single ply toilet paper. Underwelming considering the price. Room was clean and quiet, so if you aren't looking for much more than that youre good...

“Great hotel! Having a washer and dryer was super helpful as we were staying there as a basketball team and I was in charge of washing and drying uniforms. Having more than one washer and dryer for the entire hotel would have been beneficial as there were also baseball teams there who also were needing to wash uniforms.”

“We had an issue with our room that required we switch rooms in the middle of the night. I was told a manager would speak to me in the morning and “make it right”. I stopped by at check out and the manager didn’t even come out from the office but instead told the clerk to tell me they would call me. That was 8 days ago and I have still not received a call. “Great area close to restaurants and shopping”

“Property appears to be in average condition, Rooms good, Pool and ice machines and such in poor condition. Breakfast area was Good and Food was good. Prices in the onsite market were a bit steep. Staff was great !!! Parking decent. Lots of kids, running around, doing local sports tournament stuff. Need a place to stay and this property filled the bill, would stay again, if necessary. Thank You”

“Staff was great and very attentive. The hotel is in serious need of an update. From the old carpet, shower head with parts missing, rusty bathtub and tons of dirt and dust throughout the room. I think that our room heard every flush, shower and sink flow, all very loud. Nice to have fridge and microwave”

I have a food allergy and he was very kind and helpful helping me find food to eat. I have never had this kind of customer service. “This hotel was beyond amazing! Front desk staffers Michelle and Arman were the nicest and most helpful hotel staff I have ever met! They were polite, helpful, and always smiling! They were super nice to my little guy who is a definite handful! The rooms were great and we had a Deluxe Queen and the extra space in the room was amazing!! Would definitely stay here again if in the area! Tell Michelle and Arman we said amazing job!”

“We booked a room with a roll-in shower because my wife has balance issues and can't stand for very long. When we got to the room, it had a tub. Went to the check in desk...Sorry. Do you have a portable shower seat for the tub? No. Sorry. Ended up we were sorry we chose this hotel.”
