“The kitchen area floors were dirty. Told management. After cleaning I showed them again how dirty the floor. Met cleaning manager who said they mopped it 3 times. Don't know what their technique is I thing they just move the dirt from one place to another. No one ever changes the water or pad. Carpet was dirty also. Washed my feet before getting in bed. Breakfast was good. Coffee was good.”

“The room had unclean carpet, we were given accessible shower without the ability to fold the bench. Ants and crickets in the room. Not returning to this hotel and would not recommend.”

I was then told that I didn't book the stated room that I booked, the suite with a kitchenette and a pull out couch.
